You’ve already started planning, but you want someone who can help refine, connect, and bring it all together. Maybe you need help finding the right vendors, designing your layout, or just knowing what comes next? That’s where we come in!
We’ll collaborate on the big picture and ALLLL the tiny details. From communication to timelines, décor and designs, we’ll work to make sure your event feels cohesive and personal.
You still get to be in the driver’s seat, but with someone next to you who knows every turn.

Month of Coordination
WEDDING & EVENT COORDINATION
For the couple who’s thoughtfully planned their celebration and wants to hand it off with confidence. About six weeks out, we’ll jump back in to review each detail, chat with your vendors, and ensure the timeline flows effortlessly.
On the day itself, we’re the calm in the background and the steady hands guiding the magic forward. You get to slow down, breathe it in, and actually feel your wedding day - while we take care of everything else.
